Aruna Naik is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries and a Bachelor of Laws. She is also a certified agent for registration of trade marks.
She has over six years of post-qualification experience in areas of secretarial, compliance, legal and intellectual property rights.
She has hands on experience handling various secretarial, compliance and certification activities for various reputed corporates.
